I am an OCI as well with a Canadian Citizenship. But have only CPL and am converting my FAA CPL to DGCA CPL.
It's a very lengthy process. There is a lot of paperwork involved. Since you have FO hours, it might help you here. Look at getting your computer number first for the exams.
