I'll take my chances with the union. Been on both sides of the coin and there is something to be said about not worrying about being fired for every decision you make.
also, my contract is better than toilet paper, which was all it was worth at EK.
Hey, remember "the extra mile" talk from TCAS? Or the "temporary" increase in the overtime threshold from 78-92 hrs overnight?
There are pros and cons to both. Just my opinion, but I'll take the union.
