I believe my medical was part of the new system update with Qantas.

Pretty much it's done with a physio therapist from there he/she will check your height/weight and calculate your bmi, check your active and resting heart rate after doing an endurance cardio test (pretty easy), they check your flexibility and mobility and do some physio kind of exercises, then you have to do sit ups, push ups (on your toes), supermans, planks, 20kg squat lifting a suitcase, 32kg deadlift kind of style lift of a suitcase, overhead shoulder press with 10kg Dumbbells, pistol squats, etc. standard breathalyser test, urine test, hearing test, sight test, testing for eye-hand coordination.

My medical took close to 2 hours, it was quite extensive, I think I've covered everything! If I remember anything else, I will let you know!

I hope this helps!

Thanks, yes, this helps a lot. How many proper push-ups? That's my weakness.

Thanks again for this very helpful information.
