IS no 'it' because United have no provision in their contract of carriage which allows them to compel an individual passenger to deplane unless certain particular circumstances arise - none of which apply in this case. "someone must deplane" you say. Incorrect. In these circumstances no-one 'must' deplane. As I and many others have pointed out throughout this discussion.
