First QR, you ll do your training, the waiting time before to start flying is currently 2 more years. Then you're stuck there cause your MPL isn't EASA and to convert in an ATPL EASA you have to pass again the exam. Then you're paid way way less (no more than 2500 dollars) as Second officer.
Easyjet is the same price but don't forget the price of leaving in UK, and get paid more 45k eur as an SO for the first years. And don't forget the case you're an ATPL instead of an MPL.
Do your calculation guys, but really it's not because the conditions appears better, they really are even if they might be.
