According to my former colleagues in TM, pool time is 6 months plus at the moment for "Mr Average" some with high scores had DJO but sheer volume means likely to be looked at again after May. Forgot to mention, apart from the DJOs which are given a fleet type, the pool is divided into FO swimmers with more than 2000 hrs (777) and this with less (787).. but its not a hard and fast rule, depends on needs.
