The pages aren't a problem, but the scissors used probably are. Were they certified to a known standard, did they have a calibration certificate, were they used in accordance with your scissor operating manual, did you have an emergency management plan for eg PCP (paper cut procedure), were they bar-coded for tool management, was the hinge pivot correctly lubricated in accordance with your scissor maintenance manual, using the approved oil, in a quality controlled environment which incorporates a quarantine area for damaged scissors, and duly certified in your scissor logbook by a person authorised in writing to do so? Don't forget to lodge your SRR (scissor reporting report) CASA form DDy7563547-P5, monthly, in triplicate, and fax the email to your local SOI (Scissor Operations Inspector).
