I flown with Flybe about 50 times a year for last 5 years and I can count the number of delays (in excess of 2 hours) on the fingers of one hand. I've had 2 flights cancelled, 1 due fog and 1 due ATC strike.
I've had a five hour delay down route after the inbound aircraft hit a bird on landing. Flybe dispatched a new aircraft when it would have been easier to cancel.
I've been boarded when Cpt. decided we needed a tyre change. Rather than wait for the change Flybe put us on a new aircraft and got us away 20 mins late (we made that up enroute).
I guess everyone's experience is different but if I had to choose between BA, Ryanair, Easy or Flybe I know who I'd rather fly with.
