As someone who hates litigation and social problems I have to confess he is not on my New Year wish list.

However the old boy deserves respect for his flying exploits in a Cub.

He has pushed that airframe way beyond its design.

It would not be my choice for long distance flying.

For that alone he deserves an award from both the Air League and the LAA.
It strikes me that helping MK to get out of his mess, whether financially or logistically, might well provide an opportunity for a sponsor with a damaged reputation to restore their image both in the aviation community and provide great exposure to a wider audience at a small fraction of the cost of any apparently misguided previous sponsorship of an aviation exploit that didn't quite "do what it said on the tin".

Any takers? The Greek Goddess of the Hunt perhaps?
