Did hear that LBC can borrow money more cheaply than the airport and that the money will be paid back over 25 years.

What is hard to comprehend is that the CTA road network, cores, passenger bridges, short term car park and drop off zone are not even finished yet but will all require to be either replaced, modified or supplemented. It is a real shame that the rail route and station were not planned for before the design of the CTA was laid out and started. It is clear that several million pounds will have been spent on the existing reconstruction project that will have a life span of maybe 2 - 4 years.

A major exercise will be rerouting the entry and exit road routes from the tunnel as the cut and cover MTS runs right through the middle of the road that hasn't even been started yet and that was meant to open for Christmas. Maybe now is the time to build and open the first diversion seeing that this last section of the CTA road upgrade could only be in place for a couple of years before it is dug up again.
