I see many guys talk about housing / allowance but why isn't much attention paid to schooling? And regarding healthcare, your wives' pregnancy is NOT even covered! Most companies cover "pregnancy" on behalf their foreign employees. Why is that so? Is cx encouraging us not to have kids?
