Update:
At the hearing on 6th May, 2016, the Judge gave both Legal Teams until the 8th of June, 2016, to define the legal issues and arguments regards the Legality of the 2015 Contract.
Also heard a whisper that the Industrial Relations Registrar may have expressed an opinion that the PNGA/NAPU have been treated unfairly with regards to the 2015 Contract. Rumour is that the Registrar is willing to give evidence to that fact.
