I must say I thought the video was very good. It does send out the message what Southend has to offer. BUT...and there is always a BUT...how much? Is Southend attractive as a competitor in landing fees, handling fees, and for the maintenance boys, hangarage rentals. The huge ex Aviation Traders hangar has always been subject to high rents, but to leave it empty never made sense. With no expansion from EasyJet, StobartAir up in the air, and Sea-Air waiting to be seen if it's true or not, I am still sitting on the fence.
