If the AH article is an accurate account of what happened, something doesn't quite add up. As Don rightly says, the overrun warning system only arms below 500' (300' when using BTV). So if they were going around for a "RUNWAY TOO SHORT" warning, this would have happened well below 1300'MSL. Should be interesting to read the ASRs. Hopefully this will be an event we can all learn from. That is IF everyone can get their heads out of their arses and stop Monday-morning-quarterbacking and telling us all how much better they would have handled said scenario!!
