Yes, on mine too but works fine on a laptop. No, it is the preliminary report on the fatal 76 accident last August. It would appear that the Nigerian AIB was 'kick started' after the 332 ditching, and the last BHNL (rotary) report is the suicide in Eket. They have several other reports of local incidents though:
