I ahve flown a fair number of MAS sectors and to me its classic case of decent operational staff in a business let down by corruption and ineptness at the upper levels . and in their case some seriously bad luck with probably the two most bizarre disasterous hull losses of modern times.
Nort qualified to comment on the flight deck crew but often seemed fairly friendly on the pa and the cabin crew really one of my favorites close to Singapore standards but more genuine and friendly. and I hope not too many of them lose their jobs in the changes the airline is going through
