From an outsider's perspective I am all too familiar (yet astonished) at airlines that devote endless time and energy to filter out as many applicants as possible yet zero effort at pilot retention. Eventually EK may come to realise that a bird in the hand is worth a lot more than 20/7 of one in the bush. Good luck.
