As long as guys keep falling over themselves to get into CX on C scale, there will be no improvement to HKPA
Guys are ALWAYS gonna join, look outside and add youthful optimism, it IS always gonna happen. BUT.... if/when the same guys take away 5 years of training effort and investment into our potential future Captains and give it to XYZ airline, that may be a catalyst for change - - - - May - - - - if it actually happens.
