From reading posts here I understand that they ask about it during phone call interview and maximum is one fail, so there is no way for someone with more fails passing this part?
It is a myth what you wrote. I had 2 fails in ATPL and I was invited for assessment... They asked me about these fails during phone interview and during 'normal' interview in Dublin and I think it doesn't matter. My friend joined RYR in July with 2 or 3 fails. So, stay positive!
