The scale modelling scene here in Dubai is almost non-existent, which is a pity, makes for a great hobby during the summer months.
If you want R/C however, then this the place to be.....
Toys 'n Us on SZR opposite the Dubai Mall is your best bet, but they don't update their inventory regularly....think years since it's last been done. Went to look for paints there a few months back, the stock was almost more limited than before, and the paint stock was almost non-existent.
I get all my stuff from overseas -kits/paints/PE/decals/tools/resin etc, but just realize that you'll most only likely be able to ship acrylics over. You'll have to figure out an inventive way of getting enamels and the likes over yourself.
