Apart from which, doesn't seem from the AAIB initial report that the cause had much to do with over-stretching a competent single pilot.
HHH ? Reading the report there does not seem to be any other conclusion other than partial or full incapacitation that the experienced Captain did not loose the plot in attempting to land and stop with 400 meters of remaining runway which would exactly indicate single pilot overload and brain freeze to have attempted such a crazy thing
from the initial AAIB report what conclusion do you come to mechanical or fuel ? bad weather? suicide?
