Mentor? With some low experience FO's, it can end up simply being Single Pilot IFR with a distraction in the right hand seat. It ends up being a hard stressful day at the office with these ones. However, most are good and it is the minority that think they know everything because they have 800hrs - but believe me, they are out there.
