I'm not totally convinced that this is a helpful capability..............
In many (most?) scenarios it's not. That's why
very few air arms even have jammer aircraft. But if you need it and don't have it, you're screwed. Kinda like a parachute or ejection seat. Most of the time you don't need it at all. But when you need it, you usually really really really need it.
