I doubt network will be getting a320s
Unless of course they are really old and really cheap. You can't justify having 100 million dollar aeroplanes sitting around for half a dozen flying hours a day.
Unless of course the plan is to work them doing something else.
If they were going to do that, why not just use an existing A320 operator with all systems in place?
This is probably why network won't get A320s.
