2planks. I don't buy that analogy of train vs air.. Where would the target market have O&D's? The City? If so its much quicker point to point with a connection to the Northern Line to Bank. Plus how many trains are there an hour from Leeds and York to Kings Cross?
I believe he's using this wisely to remain in the media. It certainly has the potential for Biz Jet, GA and training, more so than most other airfields and airports in the area, I hope those plans succeed.
