Completely agree, recency is very important to Jet, that's why they are inducting guys trained at CTC, Southampton (2011 batch). Those guys are more current than anyone else. As of now, whoever is sent for training through Jet will be more current than those who are on hold, 2014 batch etc. For now Jet is focusing on 2011 batch only, you don't need evidence for this. Hope you get my point.
It would be prudent to focus energy and time in looking at other options rather than focusing on how and when Jet will hire it's pilots. All of us know how volatile the aviation industry is. Not trying to be negative, just being practical.
