IMHO the problem is they thought they were being very clever, stretching the elastic band further and further. 92 hours a month, unavailable leave, no credit for the leave you could get, no credit for ground duties, constant fear culture and confetti like warning letters, a warped sickness policy....I could go on ....however I think they have stretched the elastic to the point it will no longer spring back, and now things are critical.
