When pilots who joined 6 years ago or more the company track record was, honoring the contract, good pay raises, and good working conditions. Now I do remember even then there were whiners. I remember a few in particular who complained about a 14 week bonus not being enough. There are the complaints about the uniform quality, and the loss of sandwiches. However, everyone here appears to be able differentiate between whining and the legitimate complaints. These are not small things the EK pilots are griping about they are the big important ones. If the complaints were simply about sandwiches and wheely bags then most everyone would take them for what they were. Bored pilots who need to complain. These complainers are legit and serious, and should be taken as such.
