I don't understand why rostering is such an issue.
That's because you're not actually a pilot and are not subject to it.
EK indeed offers a very good package. But like any industry employers employ employees to work efficiently- and of course in the benefit of the company!
Obviously not good enough or people wouldn't be lining up to leave. Like any Industry, employees will walk if there are better opportunities elsewhere.
Looking closely I can see the trend from a group that is out to destroy the good reputation of the airline. Unfortunately we as pilots don't have much better things to do than complaining.
