They refer to the interview stages for the cadet program. The whole process is:
Stage 1a
Stage 1b
Stage 2
Stage 3
Flight grading
I'm not sure if it is the same or not for AE or TT
For the stage 2, do anyone know if the followings are still included or could anyone share some details on it?
Group exercise (definitely yes), Flight Planning assessment (definitely yes), Professional Profile (=CPP personality test in stage 1b?), Aptitude test, and interview
Sorry for asking again but anyone who have recently completed the stage 2 can help clarify if the below parts are still included? or they have changed the assessments contents already?
-Professional Profile , Aptitude test (apt test again?) , and interview (hr + pilot in stage 2?)
