I know I passed the Raven test as it wasnt that difficult so that leaves the Interview and CPP.
If I failed the Interview, fine, since I have almost no experience for interviews. They probably got a sub-par impression of me. That is something that I can improve on. Likewise for everyone else.
Personality takes a lot of conscious effort to change and even then, changing the sub-conscious can be near impossible. Attempting every 12months I guess is worthwhile if one lives in SEA area, but is quite prohibitive for others half-way around the world.
Letting the candidate know personality was not a fit would save them the time and effort from travelling to HK annually. Maybe a few year's time instead so personality can change.
