They cannot find anyone stupid enough to take that role.

IT IS LIKE ASKING TO BECOME HEAD OF LONG BAY JAIL AND TELLING THE INMATES ( CASA staff being inmates ) WE ARE NOW GOING TO MAKE YOU ALL POLICEMEN.

Disband the lot and start again.
