If he does win on Friday, but things don't turn out too well for an independent Scotland, and his predictions don't come to pass, stand by for years of blaming the English (using all "their" oil, not giving them a "fair" share of assets, not "sharing" the pound, the list is endless).
In fact the English are perfect scapegoats for years for any failings, in the same way governments always blame their predecessors for leaving the country in a poor state.
