I can name the PEOPLE, Dick. But what's that going to achieve? Very few rec pilots follow AIP procedures etc etc but you should take a good hard look at yourself. You now have highly paid ATC's doing the job of FS Officers as well as trying to separate aircraft in controlled airspace. There is NO cost saving! Your idea of frequency separation is fanciful and naive! Sit on it Dick, you stuffed it!
