No - I do not know for sure how many vacant units there are. But - according to the "Facilities" plan on the SEN website there would appear to be two - one either side of the new WCs on the lower airside level. I do recall from my last flight out that there appeared to be quite a large area that was boarded off. Perhaps there are now other plans for these areas??
