Adding to the BUK operations discussion - just three days ago
Sergey Kurginyan has promised to the DNR leaders that "a group of specialists has just arrived that will be repairing the Buk launchers taken in Ukraininan military base". This was probably part of
the meeting at 7 July where they argued on details of arms deliveries to DNR.
