There is no much reputable airlines in Europe you can count it with your fingers.Even I was reqruited by the other Charter airlines I had to pay for the type-rating and paying to seat for maybe few hunderd hours on the right seat with 1200 euro wage for 1 year without any guarantee and poor experience so worthless.But flying as Bush-Pilot and as pilot in command and not paying to fly but be payed for flying and the best experience you can get than is Africa much better than the pay 2 fly airlines in Europe.
