Whilst I agree that i woul dnot let the 'tellt tubbies' anywhere near something I was working on/in - the
PR people these days see it differently.
Did easyJet suffer from that long running series about them? Did it give them a chance to show them being reasonable to the punters? Perhaps they could explain the detail of problems and situations to an audience.
There was also the series Airport that did similar. Personally, I think it will be 'same old - same old' and boring.

Just seen an episode of 'Watermen' about a water provision company in the Midlands.All the staff came out of it well. Showing them being patient with the public and revealing just what kind of stupid things get put down the waste water system and how much it costs.
