Well she keeps using her family as a reason she sends the other managers to do things. You never see her on a Jetstar flight to Japan, she has to get Qantas because of her 'family schedule'. She uses it when it is convenient - if her family is a major concern, she won't put her hand up.
But bigger question - what has she actually done since taking over from Bruce? QF gifted her a 787...........what else? No mention of the other Jetstar ventures failing badly.
At least Joyce achieved something as JQ CEO - JQ made a lost last half year and have been going backwards. If the board pick a CEO based on performance, that would be a worry
The next CEO should be external or else it will be more of the same
