Trouble is, why MSD AVIATION did not include any responsibilities of SAS in the contract? What are the terms and conditions if any party failed to deliver the rest of the training? What are the refund condition? Non of these were highlighted in the contract.
Then why did your friend sign the contract? Is he s****d or desperate or both? Did he not know that MSD already owes money to people who paid them to get jobs with Lion Air. Yes! A number of people never got their money back from MSD when Indonesia brought in the "250 hrs on type" rule.
I feel sorry for my friend and his colleagues to be bullied by those agents.
Few would feel sorry for such people. He was actually trying to jump the
merit queue using money. I would not expect a P2f(er) to have any self respect but just in case he does, please request him to not let this go. He should atleast file a suit against MSD in an Indian court.
