I wouldn't be surprised to see all the MAN FOs converted to the 777 leaving the freighter Captains to crew left and right seats on all freighters to Europe. That extra belly freight capacity on the 777 won't exactly help with the overmanning on the freighter either.
and all those freighter F/O's jumping seniority for a pax tripler base, time to get the popcorn out!
having said that, the pattern hasn't even started yet and we already at it!
