Cheers for that info. Had my YOU session today, all went fairly well, just got told to up the hours at work a bit and try to do a bit more team related stuff, however I'm good to continue.

Of course, you are correct. I wasn't aware you don't get told your score however, you do at least get a debrief though don't you?
