The tail height is 18.5m not 20 meters and that is from the
ground to tip of the VS. The actual height of the VS from fuselage is about 10m.
Your superimposed T7 pic looks about 2x too big. Whatever that object is, it can't be the tail (assuming 24m is accurate).
