Just a little update on my order which I wrote about back in the beginning of February. On 11. February Nick cancelled my order after reading my Trustpilot entry where I used words such as "con" and "fraud" about him and his company. He felt very hurt, the poor man. On the same day he sent me another mail with a copy of the reimbursement message to Sage. This all happened before midnight on the 11th.
The next day I contacted Sage to check if this reimbursement had indeed been actioned. They could not possibly answer that on the phone, but asked me to send them an email. Well I have sent the two emails, neither of which they have answered (has Nick now got a job with Sage
). Nor has the money been reimbursed.
Well actually my last statement is not entirely correct. I instead contacted my credit card provider and through them got my money back today.
Q: How do you know if Nick Ross is lying?
A: Just see if his lips are moving or he is writing an email....
