If I were Chief Pilot (and I think we should all be thanking our respective Juju's that we are not) I would be pondering my legal responsibilities VERY, VERY carefully.
From another POV, he is possibly the one person who could stop this outrageous charade without any further 'unpleasant' action on either side being needed....hmmmmm.
Of course, everything looks different from an Ivory Tower and with keys to the executive bathroom in hand I am sure everything looks a lot rosier.
