1/ Surabaya closed since yesterday ( we have a 777 stuck there presumably covered in ash and a crew in the hotel staying away from the Bar!!)
2/ Bali operating as normal ( with delays and some rescheduling ) with most Airlines except DJ
3/ Jakarta operating as normal ( with delays and rescheduling ) with most Airlines except QF.
4/ Flights being re-routed North of Bali Surabaya to/from Aus
Bali does seem an overkill at face value although the point at which DJ turned their flights around we don't know the info they had at the time.
Watching Flight Radar 24 over the last 24 hours has shown what's flying where.
