You can't speak to the pilots straight away, but there is a customer service desk who will take up your concerns / questions and it might well be possible for the pilots to pop down for a quick chat in the lounge, depending on whether they are busy preparing for another flight or not. Even if they are busy, you would get feedback/explanation for your issue at some later time if you left your details.
