This appears to have just been reinstated.
Yet oddly, other recent reviews which were flagged have not been.

Definitely a Company to avoid
Ordered some tubs of Nuvite polish way back in August. £118 immediately taken from my credit card account. By the end of November still no Nuvite and a number of emails had been unanswered (in fact only one got a response which asked what I was going to use it for).
I sent emails stating I was cancelling the order and until I mentioned that I was going to ask my CC company chargeback, I didn't get a response. Anyway they sent me confirmation of cancellation and promised refund in 7-10 working days. That was November 21st and now it's December 23rd.
Now in the hands of my CC Company to get my money back
These guys are bad news. I cannot recall ever seeing so many dissatisfied customers on a review site.
