Isn't it rather surprising that they can ignore contact for so long but the moment a negative review appears in public, they will fall over themselves to appear to be doing the right thing?
If they ask you to remove your review or offer you a bribe to do so - inform TrustPilot - they are in breach of TP T&C.
Actually, you should notify TP that they are abusing the "reporting" facilities, too. That facility should not be used to hide unfavourable reviews and if you prompt TP to check, they will be able to confirm that no sensitive details were included within your review.
Look down the list of reviews to Feb 2013 - Does my review of Bloviation sum up their on-going performance and behaviour? Doesn't it echo your own experience?
