I belong to the 'wish I read this topic before I ordered-group'. Pretty familiar story as I ordered a headset. Payment (£670,-) was almost taken straight away and initially I received delivery status updates because there where some delivery issues at Sennheiser but these updates stopped pretty soon.
It is now more than 8! months and countless emails, (unanswered) calls and livechat messages later and I still don't have the headset.
I've informed my base manager to get the message around never to order anything at Proviation as they are a bunch of clowns who happily take your money away but deliver ****
all.
